Weatherlock Roof Systems recently completed a major commercial TPO roof recovery at the Quality Inn in St Johns, Florida. This 30,000-square-foot commercial roofing project transformed an aging low-slope metal roofing system into a modern, energy-efficient roofing assembly designed to provide decades of reliable performance while dramatically improving the appearance of the property.

The existing roof consisted of an older low-slope metal roof that had reached the point where leaks, maintenance, and long-term performance were becoming concerns. To prepare the roof, our team installed flute filler over the existing metal roof panels to create a smooth, uniform substrate.
